Purpose
This document outlines the procedure for utilizing the Transfer Output and Simple Transfer Output functions on the temperature controller.
Explanation
The Transfer Output Function enables the transfer of a current or voltage signal that represents the process value, set point, or other relevant data. If the control output is configured as a linear current output, it can also serve as a Simple Transfer Output, allowing the transfer of data using a current signal.

Transfer Output Procedure
There are six types of data that can be output, in either as a Current Output (4-20mA) or a Voltage Output (1-5V). See explanation below.
Transfer Output Type | Display | Setting Range |
OFF (default) | OFF | --- |
Set point | SP | SP lower limit to SP upper limit |
Set point during SP ramp | SP-M | SP lower limit to SP upper limit |
PV | PV | Input setting range lower limit to input setting range upper limit or Scaling lower limit to scaling upper limit |
MV monitor (heating) | MV | -5.0 to 105.0 (heating/cooling control: 0.0 to 105.0) |
MV monitor (cooling) | C-MV | 0.0 to 105.0 |
Valve opening | V-M | -10.0 to 110.0 |
1. Press the Level key for a least 3 seconds on the Operation Level to go to the Initial Setting Level.
*All settings are done in the Initial Setting Level.
2. Press the Mode key several times until reaching the Transfer Output Signal Type display (TRST).
3. Press the Up and Down keys to select either 1-5V or 4-20.
4. Press the Mode Key key several times until reaching the Transfer Output Type display (TR-T) and select the required output type from options shown on the table above.
*Example: Output the Process Value, Then set as PV.
5. Press the Mode key several times until reaching the Transfer Output Upper Limit display (TR-H).
6. Press the Up and Down keys to set the Scaling Value for the Upper limit.
*Example: Output the Process Value from -50°C to 200°C, Then set the 200 value.
7. Press the Mode key several times until reaching the Transfer Output Lower Limit display (TR-L)
8. Press the Up and Down keys to set the Scaling Value for the Lower limit.
*Example: Output the Process Value from -50°C to 200°C, Then set the -50 value.
Simple Transfer Output Procedure
There are five types of data that can be output as a Current Output (4-20mA). See explanation below.
Transfer Output Type | Display | Setting Range |
Simple transfer SP | T-SP | SP lower limit to SP upper limit |
Simple transfer ramp SP | TSPM | SP lower limit to SP upper limit |
Simple transfer PV | T-PV | Input setting range lower limit to input setting range upper limit or Scaling lower limit to scaling upper limit |
Simple transfer MV monitor (heating) | T-MV | -5.0 to 105.0 (heating/cooling control: 0.0 to 105.0) |
Simple transfer MV monitor (cooling) | TCMV | 0.0 to 105.0 |
Move to the Advanced Setting Level to enable the Simple Transfer Output.
1. Press the Level key for a least 3 seconds on the Operation Level.
2. Press the Level key for several times until reaching the Move to Advanced Function Setting Level parameter (AMOV).
3. Press the Up and Down keys to enter password -169.
4. On the Advanced Function Setting Level, press the Mode several times until reaching the Control Output 1 Assignment display (OUT1).
5. Press the Up and Down keys to select the required output type from options shown on the table above.
*Example: Output the SP, Then set as T-SP
6. Go back to the Initial Setting Level by pressing the Level key for a least 1 second.
7. Pres the Mode key for several times until reaching the Simple Transfer Output 1 Upper Limit parameter (O1TH).
8. Press the Up and Down keys to set the Scaling Value for the Simple Transfer Upper limit.
*Example: Output the SP range from -50°C to 200°C, Then set the 200 value
9. Pres the Mode key for several times until reaching the Simple Transfer Output 1 Lower Limit parameter (O1TL).
10. Press the Up and Down keys to set the Scaling Value for the Simple Transfer Lower limit.
*Example: Output the SP range from -50°C to 200°C, Then set the -50 value
