This note will provide a quick guide to troubleshooting based on an error code from the OS32C Series
Root Cause
Often, depending on different scenarios or events that can happen with the OS32C Series, it can provide us with some errors that we can diagnose to know what is happening and how to fix them. Most of these errors are wiring problems, but there are some particular cases that can be hardware errors that lead to the replacement of equipment.
Solution
OS32C Series includes a display that will give us the possibility to read an error easily; I will attach all the possible errors that can happen on this Laser scanner series and how they can be fixed.
