Q: How is the delivery of software licenses for the mobile robots?
A: The customer receives the Entitlement document(s) with a unique identifier along with instructions on how to extract the c2v files and how/who to contact to activate the license. This information may have been received by email or physically. It looks like this:
The customer contacts the technical support team by email, providing their customer information, the unique EID number from the rights document, and the c2v file of the hardware they are licensing.
The technical support team receives the customer's activation request by email and accesses the Omron portal to process the activation with the customer's email information.
The technical support team responds to the customer's activation request by email, attaching the v2c files for the activated license(s).
The customer receives the v2c activation files and uploads them to the hardware.
