TN - E5@C-T and E5@C differences

Summary/Issue Description

This note will provide a brief explanation of the differences in the same series of controller so they can be chosen correctly on an application.in


Root Cause

There is a common misconception on what are the main differences and why clients should pick one or the other, in some cases clients order the incorrect one and they won't be able to do what their application demands because they don't know the correct equipment for them.


Solution

 E5@C-T is a controller in which a user can a program that has up to 256 segments this means that a user can add this many steps to his applications processing them one after the other since it has a Built-in ramp/soak features that are ideal for controlling process that change temperatures after other is finish on the other end E5@C is a regular temperature controller with all the same benefits but can only control a process that won´t change with a basic PID or ON/OFF control.
