TG - How to wire External Sensor Trigger ID-40 & V430

Modified on Fri, 28 Feb at 2:57 PM

Note: For this guide we will use model name V430 which is the same as the older ID-40 camera pinout/fit/form/function

Wiring the Sensor

Input Common will be connected to either the 24V+ pin or Ground pin on the V430. Once that is done the Trigger pin will need to receive the opposite signal of whatever is connected to Input Common. So if Input Common is connected to the 24V+ pin on the V430, the Trigger pin would need to be pulled to Ground, and vice versa.
