Q: How to Synchronize the time stamp on the Data Log using the NA5 HMI series?



A: The NA5 series has a Data Log and Operation Log functions which allow the users to track information of the project and create a report with all the changes made over time. 


These records have a time stamp, and most often users get mismatching time stamps when using the Current Time Zone of their corresponding area. 


To avoid this error, is important to mention that both functions use as a time reference the UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). To get the proper time stamp, you must leave the UTC, and synchronize the HMI clock with your PC clock. You need to be online with the HMI, under the HMI menu-> HMI Clock:
