Q: Can the CX-One License Be Transferred to a new PC and how is it done?
A: Yes, the CX-One license can be transferred to a new PC. To perform the transfer, the following steps must be followed.
1. Verify the license number
Ensure the license number is available. It can be retrieved using CX-Programmer in the help section of the software, please refer to the following picture.
If the license was registered, you can also review that information in the Software Registration website.

2. Uninstall CX-One from the old PC
To perform the transfer, first completely uninstall the CX-One software from the old PC using the CX-One Remover tool, which can be found at the following link.

3. Install CX-One on the new PC
Once the software is removed, install CX-One on the new PC and enter the license information during installation. The software can be downloaded from the following link.
