TG - Internal Use - Password reset on license portal.

Purpose

This guide explains how to reset the password for the license portal of any registered user.


Problem Explanation/Objective

Sysmac software users often forget the password for their profile on the license portal, where they are able to find their product information and license.


Supported devices

  • Sysmac Studio
  • CX-ONE


Requirements

  • License portal access (admin user)


Procedure

  1. Access the portal with the following credentials.
    1. User: TSG
    2. Password: TSG
  2. Press on "Customer Search"
  3. Search by name, company, or email make sure that is one at a time so the system does not give an error or be able to find the information.
  4. Once it finds the information click on the name of the person you got from the research.
  5. On the next menu that will be showing press on "Reset Password"
  6. Press on submit and provide the password to the user that is asking for the reset.
