Purpose
This guide explains how to reset the password for the license portal of any registered user.
Problem Explanation/Objective
Sysmac software users often forget the password for their profile on the license portal, where they are able to find their product information and license.
Supported devices
- Sysmac Studio
- CX-ONE
Requirements
- License portal access (admin user)
Procedure
- Access the portal with the following credentials.
- User: TSG
- Password: TSG
- Press on "Customer Search"
- Search by name, company, or email make sure that is one at a time so the system does not give an error or be able to find the information.
- Once it finds the information click on the name of the person you got from the research.
- On the next menu that will be showing press on "Reset Password"
- Press on submit and provide the password to the user that is asking for the reset.
